1. Information We Collect

DJs/Venue Operators: Email address, venue name, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details).

Ravers: We do not require accounts. Song requests are associated with your venue session only. We may collect your IP address for rate limiting and vote deduplication.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the DJ request and playback service
• To process payments (DJs only)
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting, duplicate detection)
• To send service-related emails (account verification, password reset)

3. Audio Data

Audio processed through the Service is stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 for playback purposes. Processed audio is automatically deleted within hours of playback. Source audio may be cached temporarily to avoid redundant downloads.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare R2 — temporary audio storage
• YouTube — audio source (via public API)
• Resend — transactional emails

5. Data Retention

DJ accounts and venue data are retained until deletion is requested. Song request history is retained for analytics purposes. Processed audio files are deleted automatically within hours.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting rave@ravrrr.com.
